Dr. Mark E. Van Wormer, MD, RVT, RDCS

Dr. Van Wormer is skilled in family practice, the emergency room and diagnostic, cardiac and vascular ultrasounds. He is ARDMS certified to perform echo cardiography and vascular ultrasounds as well as general, OB, and abdominal ultrasounds. Dr. Van Wormer is a member of the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine (AIUM), the Society of Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound (SDMS) and the Society of Vascular Ultrasound (SVU).

Dr. Richard Foutch, DO

Dr. Richard Foutch is an osteopathic physician who is residency trained and board certified in emergency medicine. He is a retired colonel of the U.S. Army with 27 years of service.

 

 

Jay Fluhman, FNP-C, ACNP

Jessie "Jay" Fluhman was born and raised in Clayton and graduated from Clayton High School. She attended West Texas A&M University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1979 and a Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner in 2001. Jay also obtained a Master of Science in Acute Care Nurse Practitioner form the Univerity of New Mexico where she recieved training to care for acutely ill patients in 2010. 

As a Board-Certified Family and Acute Care Nures Practitioner, Jay is trained to care for the entire family. Her expertise is primary care, which includes common, chronic and acure illnesses in addition to women's health care and pediaric care. She is certified to administer DOT physicals and has also recieved training to be a BioTe medical Certified Practitioner.

Jay lives in Clayton with her husband Larry. They have 3 children and 2 grandchildren.

Robert W. Williams, CRNA

Robert Williams is a certified registered nurse anesthetist. He is a member of AAND and graduated from Middle Tennessee School of Anesthesia. Robert Williams served two years in the US army which included 13.5 months of trauma anesthesia at the 24th Evac Hospital. He also served in Vietnam and has a total of 48 years of experience.
